The Community Resource Network (CRN) is a network of social, human and health services available in the community that will be organized in a one stop, easily accessible web solution with up-to-date resources for consumers and providers. The CRN will have the ability to make referrals, track progress, and close the loop to ensure consumers receive appropriate and necessary services. As the system is developed, the platform will provide data to improve functionality, allocate resources, and guide future development of supportive programs.
