Established by members of the Class of 1964 of Scranton Central High School on the occasion of their 50th Class Reunion for a graduating senior from Scranton High School. The senior must be of the first generation in his/her family to attend a post-secondary school, demonstrate good scholarship, good citizenship and service to others.
