This forum will feature the Humane Society of the United State’s Pennsylvania state director, Kristen Tullo, and Public Policy Specialist, Ariel Lefkovits. The forum will focus on the topics surrounding Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) programs for feral community cats and the importance of establishing local ordinances to support these initiatives.
