Established by the children of Constance and Joseph Brocavich, this scholarship will be presented annually to one qualified 8th grade student from Lackawanna County for educational expenses at a Catholic High School who is active in Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts and has a financial nee. This scholarship is renewable for four years provided the recipient maintains a B average or higher.
