Scotty Cummings Perry Special Ed Scholarship Fund
The Scotty Cummings Perry Special Education Scholarship was established in 2020 by Mary Peterson and Stanton Peterson. The scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior in Lackawanna County who plans to study special education and who demonstrates compassion for others.
