This fund was established in September 2000 by an anonymous donor and friends of Jeanne Bovard, former Executive Director of the Scranton Area Foundation who served the Foundation and the community for 25 years. The Bovard family, including Jeanne and Venald’s grandchildren, are advisors on grants from this fund.
