Distributions from the Fund shall be made in such amounts and at such times for charitable purposes to support the mission and vision of the Defenders of Democracy, a grassroots advocacy initiative dedicated to advancing the Power and Privilege of the VOTE. The mission of Defenders of Democracy is to advocate for all individuals to protect their democratic rights and to exercise the power and privilege of their VOTE. Their goals are to empower all individuals to exercise their right to VOTE and to protect their voting rights. Their three objectives include: 1. Facilitate voter registrations; 2. Register voters; and 3. Mobilize voters, “Get Out the VOTE” while remaining nonpartisan.
