The Christmas Breakfast Fund was established by the Backyard Ale House and its chef James Bodnar. On Christmas morning, anyone is welcome to enjoy a free hot takeout breakfast from the Backyard Ale House. They can also receive, through the donations of the local community and local businesses, gently used clothing, toys, and non-perishable food items. The purpose of the fund is to enhance community outreach, provide a warm meal for those that might not have one for Christmas, to give an opportunity to pick gently used clothing or toys for adults and children and to bring a little reprieve on Christmas to people for future years to come.
