This fund was established in August 2010 to support a scholarship for students who matriculate in the Practical Nursing Program at the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County. Recipients must be recommended by the Career Technology Center. The fund was established by Theresa Parker, LPN; Donna Walker, LPN; Angela Muchal, LPN; and Northeastern Pennsylvania League of Licensed Practical Nurses.
