A wide circle of friends of Ann and Leo Moskovitz established this fund in January 2003 to honor Ann and Leo for their years of service to our community. The donors of the funds wanted to celebrate the myriad ways their generous spirit, creative participation and dedication of resources have benefited the Scranton area and warmed the hearts of the Moskovitz’s friends.
