The Laura Ducceschi Fund for Animal Welfare accepts applications from animal shelters or rescues in Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Wyoming counties that have a need for additional funding related to the recent COVID-19 crisis. If your animal shelter or rescue has been affected by COVID-19, you can apply for grant funding from The Laura Ducceschi Fund for Animal Welfare.
