Artists for Animals Date: Friday, June 3rd through Saturday, July 9th Location AFA Gallery (101 Penn Ave, Scranton, PA 18503)
The NEPA Animal Welfare Collaborative and the Scranton Area Community Foundation are thrilled to team up with the AFA Gallery for Artists for Animals, a special exhibit that highlights the value, personality, and spirit of the animals in our local shelters, rescues, and sanctuaries. Artists for Animals will commission a special series of artwork from regional artists based on real animals in local shelters, rescues, and sanctuaries. Pieces from this series will be made available for sale, with all funds donated to the NEPA Animal Welfare Collaborative to support our efforts to improve the welfare of animals in the region. Artists for Animals will show at the AFA Gallery in Scranton from Friday, June 3rd to Saturday, July 9th.
