– The student must be a graduating senior from Abington Heights High School
– The student must intend to pursue a secondary education at a 2 or 4 year college or university
– Preference, in the following order, will be shown to students who have demonstrated selflessness, warmth, and care for others, financial need, and academic achievement

– Student must be graduating from a high school in Lackawanna County
– Student must be looking to advance their career through secondary education
– Student must have grade point average of “C” or better
– Student must be involved in school activities, community, and service to others, and be active in sports

– Student must be a dependent of an eligible full-time employee of Fidelity Bank with a minimum of two consecutive years of full-time service
– Student must be a high school senior or graduate who plans to enroll in a full-time 2 or 4 year educational institution
– Student must have a minimum GPA of 2.8

– Student must be attending any campus of Penn State University as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior as a full-time student
– Student must be a Lackawanna County resident
– Student must have a W-2 employment income
– Student must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher

-The student must be a senior graduating from high school
-The student must be pursuing a secondary education
-The student must either be a direct customer of Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company; OR have a parent or guardian who is a customer of Peoples Security Bank and Trust
-The student must be pursuing a secondary education

Preference, in the following order, will be shown to students who:
-Demonstrate commitment to community service
-Provide a well-written essay
-Have high academic achievement

At least one (1) references
-Have a demonstrated financial need based on income and household size
-Specific preference for those within the low (80%) income limit as calculated by HUD
