This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior at Scranton High School who has been accepted into a vocational or technical school, or a 2-4 year college or university, and who has demonstrated good scholarship, good citizenship, and service to others.
This scholarship is awarded to a student, recommended by Johnson College, with a keen interest in the automotive technology field, who has completed at least one semester at Johnson College at the time of their selection for the scholarship, and shall be enrolled as a student at Johnson College when the scholarship is granted.
– Student must be a resident of Monroe County
– Student must be a graduating senior from a high school to include public, private, home, online, or charter school
– Student must be intending to pursue a degree in a field related to environmental science in a school of higher education
This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from Mountain View High School, Montrose High School, Elk Lake High School, or Lackawanna Trail High School who demonstrates academic achievement, good citizenship and service to others, leadership, and community service.
The Paramo Foundation Scholarship Award is awarded annually to low income students attending a college or university focused on the trades, including but not limited to, cosmetology programs. The scholarship will provide a full scholarship for one year at a trades school.
