– The student must be a qualified employee of the Country Club of Scranton
– The student must intend to pursue a secondary or post-secondary education
– Preference, in the following order, will be shown to applying students who have a recommendation from a member of the Country Club of Scranton, and who demonstrate academic achievement or are an honors student, good citizenship and service to others, leadership, and financial need
