Todd Angelo Memorial Scholarship
– The student must be a graduating senior at the University of Scranton in the year the award is made
– The student must be matriculating at an accredited school of dentistry
– The student must evidence great promise for dedicated professionalism, humanitarian concerns, social welfare service, and leadership as evidenced by academic standards, character, and high school and college activities
Waverly Women’s Club Mildred Mumford English Scholarship
– Student must be a graduating senior from Abington Heights High School and must have attended the school itself, not having been homeschooled or having attended a virtual school
– Student must demonstrate proficiency in English courses
Waverly Women’s Club Scholarship
– Student must be a graduating senior from Abington Heights High School, and must have attended the school itself, not having been homeschooled or having attended a virtual school
– Shall should demonstrate overall good citizenship and good academic achievement as demonstrated through a high GPA and community involvement and/or volunteer work
Waverly Women’s Club Technical School Scholarship
– Student must be a graduating senior from Abington Heights High School, and must have attended the school itself, not having been homeschooled or having attended a virtual school
– Student must intend to attend a technical school
West Scranton Alumni Scholarship Award
– Student must be a graduating senior from West Scranton High School
– Students must intend to pursue a secondary education
– Preference will be shown to students who have demonstrated financial need, community service, and strong character as demonstrated by a letter of recommendation and a personal essay.
