Pay-It-Forward Scholarship

  • Student must be attending any campus of Penn State University as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior as a full-time student.
  • Student must be a Lackawanna County resident.
  • Student must have a W-2 employment income.
  • Student must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
