Students, INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR A SCHOLARSHIP?
Students interested in one or more of our scholarships must create an account through our online portal to complete the 2026 SACF Scholarships Common Application, which functions as an eligibility questionnaire. After completing the Common Application, the student will be directed to the scholarship application(s) they qualify for.

Ann Wall Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a student matriculating at a college, university, or business in the year of the scholarship. Preference is for a student who resides in Dalton, who has learning disabilities or specials needs, and who is a participating member of a church or other religious institution.
Ashley & Erin Williams Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a graduating North Pocono High School student selected by their school who has not received any other awards during the year of graduation, and who demonstrates academic achievement, compassionate service to others, volunteer activities, and church/faith-related activities.
Austin M. Bumbarger: Helping Hands Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a student who is completing their automotive certification from Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County, and who intends to further their education at a college, university or technical school.
Blakely Borough Scholarship
The award is granted from the Blakely Borough Scholarship Association Fund of the Scranton Area Community Foundation to a student selected by the Valley View High School guidance department.
Caroline Ace, LPN/Angela Muchal, LPN Scholarship
This scholarships is awarded to a student who is matriculating in the practical nursing program at the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County. The student will be recommended by CTCLC and must demonstrate characteristics of academic achievement and/or be an honors student, good citizenship and service to others, and leadership.
