Get ready! The NEPA Learning Conference will return in Summer 2023!
Hosted through the Scranton Area Community Foundation’s Center for Community Leadership and Nonprofit Excellence, the NEPA Learning Conference is a unique opportunity for all those involved in the nonprofit sector in Northeastern Pennsylvania to gather, learn, network, and grow together.
The conference will provide a venue for nonprofit professionals, volunteers, and board members to understand what it means to be an evaluative, learning organization. Through a mix of keynote addresses, breakout sessions, and discussion circles, the 2023 NEPA Learning Conference will make space for individuals and organizations to learn how to best serve their community and how to better meet their missions.
Thanks to feedback and guidance from past NEPA Learning Conference attendees, the NEPA Learning Conference planners are hard at work preparing for this event.

The NEPA Learning Conference was last held in August 2021. During the 2021 NEPA Learning Conference, attendees learned from local and national experts in a variety of fields, networked with peers, and discovered how they could create a learning culture within their organization. The conference shared strategies for adapting to a post-pandemic world, taught the importance of collaborative learning, and also touched on important and relevant topics including racial equity, innovation, and donor relations. Nearly 200 representatives from nonprofit organizations across Northeastern Pennsylvania attended the 2021 NEPA Learning Conference. The Scranton Area Community Foundation is excited to bring back the NEPA Learning Conference in September 2023.
