NEPA Animal Welfare Collaborative
In 2019, the Scranton Area Community Foundation launched the NEPA Animal Welfare Collaborative, uniting local shelters, rescues, and advocates to improve animal welfare across Northeastern Pennsylvania.
NEPA AWC is not a direct service provider; instead, it strengthens nonprofits through collaboration, shared resources, and coordinated advocacy guided by dedicated committees. We are committed to professionalism, inclusion, and advancing policies that enhance the lives of animals throughout our region.
