Established in February 2022 by United One, a preferred partner to lending institutions, real estate agents, and consumers throughout the Mid-Atlantic based in Wilkes-Barre, PA, the scholarship fund supports a graduating senior from Lackawanna or Luzerne county who will be pursuing an advanced educational degree.
