The Scranton Ice Festival committee established this fund to support an inclusive and diverse small business environment and economy within the City of Scranton. Grants will be provided to qualified applying owners or employees of small businesses in the city of Scranton. Qualified applicants must be either an employee or owner of a small business of less than 50 employees located in the city of Scranton who is experiencing a demonstrated hardship. The Scranton Ice Festival raises money through an ice sculpture event held in partnership with First Friday Scranton, Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, Posture Interactive, and Scranton Tomorrow.
