Established in November 2022, The Melissa Chermak Liput Memorial Fund was created to support individuals with a colon cancer diagnosis and who are experiencing financial hardship. Awardees of this Fund will be selected on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis that includes a determination of need and the program must serve a charitable purpose. Individuals seeking support from the Fund will apply via the Foundation’s online application portal. Applications will be reviewed by the award selection committee based on the selection criteria.
