Distributions from the Healthy Family Partnership Fund shall be made in such amounts and at such times for charitable purposes to support the programs, services and initiatives of the Healthy Family Partnership organization, a department of Wyoming County Human Services. The advisors will conduct fundraising activities to support the Fund’s charitable purpose, including but not limited to, grant writing.
