Created in February 2017 by Travis Bumbarger in memory of Austin, this fund is intended to support a student who completes certification classes at Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County (CTCLC) and is furthering his or her education by attending the NASCAR Institute, located either in Mooresville, NC or Exton, PA.
