We’re thrilled to share that NEPA Gives 2026 was our most successful giving day yet—raising more than $1.6 million in just 24 hours to support 400+ nonprofit organizations across Northeastern Pennsylvania!

More than 7,800 generous donors came together between Junio 4–5 to champion the vital work of local nonprofits that strengthen and enrich our communities.

Hosted by the Scranton Area Community Foundation, The Luzerne Foundation, Wayne County Community Foundation, Greater Pike Community Foundation, Carbon County Community Foundation, Community Foundation for the Twin Tiers, Community Foundation of Monroe County, Schuylkill Area Community Foundation, and Posture Interactive, NEPA Gives is the largest day of giving in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

This year’s record-breaking success was amplified by nearly $300,000 in bonus funds, matching gifts, and incentive prizes, helping participating nonprofits maximize their fundraising impact.

Celebrations kicked off with the NEPA Gives Launch Party at the Scranton Area Community Foundation’s headquarters in the historic Century Club of Scranton and continued throughout the region as nonprofits and community partners hosted events to mark the occasion. We are deeply grateful to our sponsors, media partners, participating nonprofits, and every donor who helped make this year’s event possible.

Since launching in 2020, NEPA Gives has raised more than $8.3 million for local nonprofits, with this year’s event marking a nearly 25% increase over last year.
