Scranton Area Community Foundation’s Center for Community Leadership and Nonprofit Excellence is committed to serving the capacity building needs of the nonprofit community in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Webinar: Addressing and Preventing Employee Burnout

We find ourselves in the midst of a difficult time. A global pandemic, racial unrest, multiple weather events, economic hardship, and more have created severe stress in our communities and created enormous challenges for non-profits.

Employees and volunteers in our communities may be at or approaching burnout and the conditions causing such high-stress levels show no signs of abating soon.

At the Scranton Area Community Foundation, through our Center for Community Leadership and Nonprofit Excellence, we work to provide high quality and timely training, support, and information to help nonprofit organizations meet their critical missions and build stronger communities.

To address employee burnout, we are presenting a timely webinar addressing this topic which will provide tips and tools for nonprofit leaders seeking to prevent employee burnout, support those employees on the edge, and address the consequences of burnout in the workplace.

Join us on Tuesday, March 16 at noon (12:00 pm EST) for our “Employee Burnout: Preventing, Supporting, and Addressing It in the Workplace” webinar led by Sue Badeau.
