The Raoul Wallenberg Scholarship Fund was established in 2017 by Jim and Karen Reid (who wish to remain anonymous) as a scholarship fund. Applicants will be nominated by the Executive Director of Friends of the Poor. The Scholarship will be given to a student who demonstrate good citizenship and community service and have a financial need. Preference shall be given to a student who will be attending Keystone College.
