Established in November 2019 by Michael Teddick to support graduating seniors from Mountain View High School, Montrose High School, Elk Lake High School, and Lackawanna Trail High School with the intention of obtaining a higher degree or certification in engineering, agriculture, gas drilling, or forestry.
