Judith Graziano, John O’Brien, and an anonymous donor established this fund in April 1999 in memory of Russell J. O’Malley, Esq. and James E. O’Brien, Esq. The fund provides a scholarship for a caddie or other employee of the Country Club of Scranton who is attending a public or private secondary or post-secondary educational institution.
