Please join us for a webinar discussing how leaders can engender goodwill and trust in reintroducing employees to the workplace in the context of an international pandemic. This webinar will be led by Leighton Huey, MD, Associate Dean for Behavioral Health Integration and Community Care Transformation at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine and Co-Director of Behavioral Health Integration at The Wright Center.

About the Presenter:
Leighton Huey, M.D. holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also completed graduate coursework in biology. He earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College of Union University and completed his psychiatry residency at the University of California, San Diego. Prior to joining The Wright Center for Community Health, Dr. Huey served as a professor of psychiatry at the University of Connecticut, where he was also the Associate Dean for Community and Continuing Medical Education. Dr. Huey’s diverse background also includes time with Dartmouth Medical School, where he served as a professor, vice chair and medical director, as well as the Scripps Memorial Hospital, where he served as the medical director of the mental health system. Dr. Huey also serves as Associate Dean for Behavioral Health Integration and Community Care Transformation at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.

The Center for Community Leadership and Nonprofit Excellence was established by the Scranton Area Community Foundation in 2012 to serve the capacity building needs of nonprofit organizations in the Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA) region to help them meet their critical missions more effectively and to improve their impact throughout NEPA. The Center for Community Leadership and Nonprofit Excellence works with partners to provide relevant training programs, technical assistance, and additional resources free of charge or at low cost to local nonprofit organizations.
