Subvenciones para necesidades críticas (hasta 5.000 $)

Our Critical Needs Grants allow us to be flexible and responsive in urgent and challenging times like those we’re experiencing now. We’ve expanded the definition of critical needs to better reflect the current realities faced by local organizations. Letters of Intent (LOIs) will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. Critical needs grants will be made for up to a **maximum of $5,000. Requests should be "crítico" por naturaleza, tal como se define a continuación:
  • Proporcionar recursos importantes para ayudar a una organización a cumplir su misión mientras gestiona una emergencia no presupuestada, no planificada y puntual.
  • To meet the needs for a quick funding response, where the alternative traditional timeline would result in the loss of an important service.
  • Urgent needs that could not be anticipated and directly impact a nonprofit or its program. This would include the unexpected loss of committed funding.
  • Apoyar las reparaciones de emergencia de edificios o propiedades cuando el fallo interfiera en la prestación de un servicio o programa o en la seguridad.
  • Emergencies impacting a nonprofit, such as fire, gas explosion, flood, or other unpredictable occurrences that require capital expenditures.
  • Temporary increased need for services experienced by a nonprofit directly resulting from an emergency, such as a fire, tornado, flood, etc.
  • To provide resources to fill in a gap where there may be a loss of equipment or technical failure, which will interrupt the delivery of necessities or critical programs due to its loss or breakdown.
