Este fondo se creó en mayo de 2003 gracias a las donaciones del Dr. LaCoe y sus amigos cuando se jubiló como Superintendente del Distrito Escolar de Abington Heights. El fondo de becas beneficia a estudiantes de Abington Heights High School.
