Join us for a session focused on self-care, loss, and grief during a global pandemic
As professionals, community providers, and family leaders, we are often doing our best to keep some balance in our lives while juggling our many roles and responsibilities within the home and family, workplace, and community. In recent times, with the onset of COVID-19, we are finding we must do all of this and more without our usual resources, tools, or self-care approaches. In the midst of all this, we are also often faced with our own emotions – grief, loss, anger, confusion, frustration – and the very real impact of collective trauma. How do we cope with this mix of emotions while also meeting the multiple demands we face? Join us for a Zoom-based interactive session focused on self-care, loss, and grief during a global pandemic.
Presenter Sue Badeau will help us understand, express, and cope with our own emotions, create a self-care plan to develop resilience in the face of uncertainty, and use reflective and hope-filled tools to reach out to and care for others in the midst of circumstances that change daily.
There are two opportunities to attend!
